Encino Hospital Among Los Angeles Community Hospitals Recognized in the 2026 Edition
Encino, CA (June 4, 2026) – Encino Hospital Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, was named to the 100 Great Community Hospitals list by Becker’s Hospital Review. Encino Hospital is among the Los Angeles-area hospitals recognized in the 2026 edition.

According to Becker’s, the community hospitals featured on the complete list are highlighted for their ability to offer accessible, affordable, and high-quality care to patients. Becker’s Healthcare developed the list based on nominations and editorial research, and organizations cannot pay for inclusion.
In total, Encino Hospital was joined by six other Prime Healthcare hospitals on the list, including:

- Mary’s Hospital – Kankakee (IL)
- Sherman Oaks Hospital (CA)

Encino Hospital’s recognition as one of Becker’s 100 Great Community Hospitals follows its recent receipt of the 2026 PRC Excellence in Healthcare Award from Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC), was recently recognized as a 5-Star Excellence Award in emergency department services for Patient Experience.
