  One of my best friends was recently admitted with a life threatening illness. The staff has been incredibly attentive to his care, and incredibly patient and helpful as the family has asked for information on his status. In particular, Amy (Diaz, I think) in the ICU department has been amazing.

Under their care, he has improved dramatically since he went into the ER last week when things did not very good.

  Encino urgent care is the best kept secret in the whole San Fernando Valley! They are kind, courteous, professional,  & extremely proficient in their duties. My urgent care trip took less than an hour & I have never been to a hospital that comes close to the level of service that is offered by Encino Hospital. I recommend it to anyone that is smart enough to read this review. Just know that you'll be more than satisfied, or my name isn't Orville Redenbacher.

  I commend Dr Smith ER physician for the above and beyond care rendered. The staff both In ER and M/S units were very professional and knowledgable. Likewise very courteous and very helpful. I give a score of 10 as the best care ever!!

  My visit was very pleasant & fast. My appointment was at 11am I seen my primary at 11:10am. Addressed my issues & I was out the door at 11:45am. That's how I like it.
